Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Economy (5–8 business days): starting at $4.90, or free when order qualifies
- Standard (3–4 business days): starting at $6.90
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries via carrier-calculated rates through USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Countries served include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Available services include USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International, DHL Express Worldwide, and FedEx International Connect Plus. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Rest of World For countries not listed above, we ship via DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus where service is available. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
Delays Grave Charm Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays that are outside our control.
